Dear Resident, Family Member or Responsible Party,
We are currently in an outbreak. We have had 5 employees and 13 residents test positive for COVID- 19. We will continue to test all staff and residents to determine if there are any additional cases.
We remain open for visitations. With the weather getting warmer, please take the opportunity to visit your loved one outdoors.
We ask that you pay strict attention to infection control guidance including wearing your mask at all times, social distancing, and frequent hand hygiene. As always, if you are not feeling well, please do not visit your loved one at this time.
We will continue to keep you updated with any changes and thank you for your patience.
