A Healthier Approach To Caring

Dear Resident, Family Member or Responsible Party,

We have had one employee and four residents test positive for COVID- 19. Outbreak measures are in place. We have completed our first round of testing for residents and staff.  We will continue to test all staff and residents as directed by epidemiology to determine if there are any additional cases.

We remain open for visitations. We ask that you pay strict attention to infection control guidance including wearing your mask at all times, social distancing, and frequent hand hygiene. As always, if you are not feeling well, please do not visit your loved one at this time.

We will continue to keep you updated with any changes and thank you for your patience.
