Company employees are frequently required to access and handle items of personal information collected by the Company in the course of our business, including information pertaining to our employees, our customers, and others with whom we do business. It is our Company’s policy to protect and safeguard the confidentiality of and prevent misuse of the social security numbers we obtain in the course or our business, prohibiting the unlawful disclosure of those social security numbers, and limiting access to those social security numbers.
