Mission Statement
Northbridge Health Care Center is committed to providing an environment that fosters and maximizes our residents’ health and well-being.
Caring
Focusing on the residents’ overall wellness, the Northbridge family of professionals is comprised of physicians, APRNs, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation services, therapeutic recreation, nutrition services, and admission professionals. These caregivers work together as a team creating an individualized care plan designed for each resident. Caring for the entire person encompasses more than medical care.
Activities
Northbridge offers many activities to our residents. Field trips to local restaurants and area events, yoga, spa room, fine dining, religious services, in-house concerts, bingo, intergenerational programs with area children, and pet therapy give residents much variety. Our activities staff will even design special activities tailored to meet an individual’s needs.
Therapy
Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists evaluate and create a recovery program for individuals needing specialized therapy following surgery or illness. We help our short-term rehab patients plan for returning home and arrange for any needed equipment or services.
