Getting to Glastonbury Health Care Center

Glastonbury Health Care Center is located just 2 miles from historic Glastonbury Center and 10 miles from downtown Hartford. Our service area extends to all surrounding communities, including Manchester, East Hartford and Wethersfield.

FROM NEW HAVEN:

• North on I-91 to Exit 25, “Putnam Bridge/Route 3” (Do not take Exit 23, Route 3).
• Proceed on Route 3 over Putnam Bridge.
• Continue straight - do not get off at Main Street Glastonbury exit.
• Take Route 2 East, Norwich.
• Bear right where Route 17 separates from Route2, then take an immediate Exit 8, Route 94.
• Turn left at end of exit, follow Route 94 (Hebron Avenue) for 1.9 miles.
• Glastonbury Health Care Center is on the left, at number 1175.

FROM HARTFORD:

• South on I-91, to Exit 25, “Putnam Bridge/ Route 3”.
• At exit end turn left onto Route 3 North, over Putnam Bridge.
• Proceed as above.
