Countryside Manor of Bristol is a 90-bed facility that provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite and hospice care, as well as a 16-bed specialized dementia care unit. Short-Term Rehabilitation Program

Countryside Manor of Bristol provides a warm, well-equipped and professional environment for your short-term rehabilitation program. Our rehabilitation and nursing staff are well educated, highly trained, experienced and friendly.

Our goals are to make your stay with us comfortable, follow you through your entire recovery process and help you return home in the earliest time frame possible. Our speech, occupational, and physical therapists will work with you to improve your range of motion, balance and increase your activities of daily living. In addition, prior to your discharge, we can do a home assessment to ensure a safe transition back to your home.
